Biography
Jawahar Bhalla: Jawahar Bhalla (JB) has over 28 years’ experience across complex projects, with particular strengths in Systems Thinking (ST), Systems Engineering (SE), Modelling and Simulation (M&S), Interoperability and Technical Governance. At CAE he is responsible for definition of integrated training solutions, driving the technology road-map and communication and advocacy across the ME-APAC region. He passionately promotes ST, SE and M&S, is an elected member of the Simulation Australasia (SA) Board, a founding member and past Chair of SA Professional Development committee. He was the Convenor of the SimTecT conferences 2006 to 2008 and is the current Technical Director for the Systems Engineering Society of Australia (SESA). He has delivered numerous papers, workshops, tutorials and presentations to industry and defence on Systems Thinking, Systems Engineering and M&S.
