This paper explores the concept of a computer system's operational resilience, focusing on a cybersecurity team's processes. The computer system under examination has faced a cyberattack. The organization's reputation is damaged temporarily but can be restored if the cybersecurity team can quickly restore the system's capability. We examine the processes for restoring the system's capability with a balanced and adaptive personnel assignment policy.
