Biography
Carlos Coelho
: Coelho, Carlos E. A. is Systems[JC1.1] Engineer at EMBRAER (Brazilian Aeronautic Company) and focused on Defense Programs.
Before being hired by EMBRAER in May 2022, Carlos was military of the Brazilian Air Force and was part of the team responsible for the contracts of developments of the tactical transport aircraft KC-390 Millennium. His tasks were focused on contractual requirements management. He also headed the BAF team in South Africa between 2017 and 2018 during the final qualification of a defense product.
Before this period, Carlos works as a pilot and aircraft maintenance manager of one Brazilian Air Force Squadron. During his career, he accumulated 2,000 flight hours in transport aircraft.
Carlos earned an MBA in Project Management (Getulio Vargas Foundation), a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Aeronautics Technical Institute, Brazil (2006), and a BS in Aeronautical Science from Air Force Academy, Brazil (1994).

Biography
Jose Renato Araujo Costa
: Systems Engineer at EMBRAER. His educational background includes an MBA in Project Management from Getulio Vargas Foundation, a BS in Aeronautical Engineering from Aeronautics Technical Institute, and a BS in Aeronautical Science from Brazilian Air Force Academy. His previous professional experience includes 34 years in the Brazilian Air Force, working with ST&I for 22 years, six of them at the Brazilian Military Airworthiness Authority (IFI) being its Di-rector (2018-2020). Among other functions, he was KC-390 Millennium Project Technical Manager, chief of Aerodynamics Division at Aeronautics at Aero-nautics and Space Institute (IAE) and Aerodynamics Engineer in A-Darter Missile Program, in South Africa. As military pilot, he flew over 1,000 flight hours, the majority of them in fighter aircraft.
