  • Purpose: 
    Establish a shared understanding of sustainability and its context, and collaboratively identify challenges, opportunities, and needs related to addressing sustainability through SE/MBSE. 

  • Objective: 

  • Get to know each other. 

  • Gained a clear understanding of sustainability in the context of systems engineering. 

  • Identified and prioritized key challenges, opportunities, and needs to guide the development of SE/MBSE methodologies. 

  • Structure: 

  • Welcome and Introductions (30 min) 

  • Presentation: Sustainability Overview and Context (20 min + Q&A) 

  • Break Session & Networking: 25 min 

  • Group Work: Identifying Challenges, Opportunities, and Needs (1 hour, including group discussions and documentation) 

  • Presentation of the Results (30 min + Q&A)  

  • Break Session & Networking: 25 min 

  • Synthesis and Prioritizing Findings (1 hour) 

  • Wrap-Up and Next Steps (30 min)
